Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Is it possible to change the shipping address for my order once it has been placed?

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to update your shipping address after placing an order. While we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been submitted, we will gladly do our best to assist. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact our support team at info@inknodejournals.com as soon as possible. Address updates are subject to the order’s processing stage and the shipping carrier involved, so changes may not always be possible.

When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing and shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or other high-volume times.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Göttingen, Germany. This allows us to provide reliable and efficient delivery throughout Germany and the European Union.

How do I track my order?

We will email you your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The waybill / tracking number is the best way to track your parcel. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact our customer service team at info@inknodejournals.com

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved returns must be shipped and received within 30 days of return approval. Returns received after this period may no longer be eligible for a refund.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer a flat shipping rate of €5 on all orders. We are continuously working to reduce shipping costs and provide the best possible service to our customers.

All orders over €100 qualify for free shipping, with delivery costs fully covered by us.

Where are your products made?

Our products are proudly manufactured in Sofia, Bulgaria, at a local production facility. We are committed to supporting European businesses by sourcing our materials from trusted suppliers and independent printing partners across Europe.
